The Cookery Guild of Ruantallan gathers to encourage period cookery, techniques and research, assist with feasts when asked and promote kitchen safety (both for the worker and diner). We wish to provide a forum for the exchange of information on the topics of food preparation, service, and history of dining in the SCA period. It is our goal to be a resource for others whose interests are in recreating foods and feasts from the Middle Ages.
