Seashire Adult Fight Practice:
- Rattan fighting, fencing and general socializing
- Sunday afternoons starting at 3:00 PM
- The public washrooms on the North Common (along the side of Cunard street), in Halifax
Seashire Youth Combat Practice:
- Contact Master Gilbert , to get on the RSVP list for youth practices
- If there is sufficient interest, practices will be announced weekly on the mailing list
Seashire Archery Practice:
- Saturday or Sundays from 1-5pm (announced weekly on the mailing list)
- 19 Maryetta Drive , Head of Chezzetcook
- It is a small range in the woods with the possibility of lost/damaged arrows. There will be no loaner equipment available
Directions to Seashire Archery Practice:
- Make your best way to highway 107 in Dartmouth .
- Continue out and take exit 21.
- At the end of the ramp take a left.
- Continue down windy-twisty road and take your 3rd right.
- Take your first left onto Maryetta Drive .
- My house is the last one on the right with a wooden post fence.

Canton of Distant Shore
FIGHT PRACTICE:
Fight practices taking place in the Canton of Distant Shore are located at:
Directions:
From Truro go East towards Cape Breton. After Mt. Thom and just outside of New Glasgow take exit 22 towards Pictou. Take exit 1A at stop. Go right continue through lights (3Mi) to stop sign (cross Roads).
At stop sign go straight (this is Logan Road) until you get to T in road and a stop sign. Go left and continue to another T and a stop sign and go left. On your left is the Fire Hall and the fighters.
These are the same direction coming from Cape Breton.
Coming from Pictou start directions at exit 1A.
*Youth practice also takes place at this location between 2-5pm.
Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00/5:00PM

FENCING:
Fencing practice is currently being held on most (if not all) Sunday
afternoons from 2-5 at the Little Harbour Fire Hall in Little Harbour.

Frogg - Sargent Langille) at 755-6770 or frogg@eastlink.ca for further
information. Meistr Gruffyd the Innocent (Keith Noseworthy) is currently
the marshal-in-charge of the fencing practice and can be reached at
902-435-2541 or email ar727@chebucto.ns.ca. Some loaner fencing gear is
available for beginning fencers.
YOUTH PRACTICE:
Sundays 2-5pm
Same location as regular fight practice
ARCHERY:
1PM to 5PM Sundays depending on weather (announced weekly on the mailing list)

Canton of Ynys y Gwaed
It is with great pleasure that Ynys y Gwaed announces its Sunday Afternoon Arts and Sciences sessions. Sessions are Free, but it is suggested that you bring your own projects and snacks.(see below for details)
Thanks to the hard work of our seneschal Lady Marlena, A&S Sundays are held on a weekly Holland College in Charlottetown.
Gym is available for fight practice.
Classroom 14 for projects e.g. sewing, embroidery, art, music, writing sessions, and a lot more to come.
2 p.m and close at 5 p.m.
Come to the Weymouth Street Main entrance. You will be asked to sign in and out. The security guard will give you directions.
Medieval Garb is optional, but bring your own project materials.
A sewing machine is sometimes available, but if you are working on a large sewing project, it is best to bring your own machine. Same goes with fighting gear.
Oh, yes. bring your own snacks and beverages. There are vending machines available, but with limited selections and somewhat pricey. Unfortunately there are no cooking facilities available in this building. (if we decide to do a cooking demo, other facilties will be announced)
